We built SugarDaddyContracts.com with privacy as the foundation. We do not have a database. We do not store your questionnaire responses on our servers. We do not use analytics cookies or tracking. Your questionnaire answers exist only in your browser during your session and are never stored in our database.

When you use our questionnaire, your responses are stored in your browser only (using browser storage mechanisms like localStorage or sessionStorage to preserve your answers during the payment checkout flow). This data:
When you complete payment, the following occurs:
Payment is processed by Stripe. Your credit card number and payment details are sent directly to Stripe's servers and are never seen or stored by us. Stripe's privacy policy governs their handling of your payment information.
If you choose email delivery, you provide an email address on the download page after checkout. This email address is used solely to send you your generated documents. We do not add this email to any mailing list, marketing database, or other system.
At the moment of payment completion, your questionnaire data (which has existed only in your browser) is used to generate your documents. The documents are delivered to you by download link (and by email if you request it), and then all session data is cleared. We do not retain copies of your generated documents.
While we minimize data collection, some information may be inherent to web services:
Our web servers may automatically log basic request information (such as requested URLs and timestamps) for security and operational purposes. These logs do not contain your questionnaire responses and are not used for tracking or analytics.
Stripe maintains records of payment transactions. We receive confirmation of successful payments but do not receive or store your full payment card details.
Leaving a review is optional. If you do, we receive your star rating, what you write, and, only if you fill them in, the name you would like to be credited under and whether you are a sponsor or sponsee. We do not ask for your email address. The review is sent to our team by email and is not written to a database.
We never publish a review without your permission, which you give by ticking the box on the form. Not every review is published, and when we do publish one, we credit it exactly as you asked. We may shorten a review for length but never change its meaning. Every rating we receive counts toward the star summary on our site, whether or not the review itself is published.
Reviews left on the page after checkout are marked "Verified buyer". To do that, we ask Stripe whether the checkout was paid. Nothing from your payment record is attached to the review.
We do not use analytics cookies or tracking cookies on our website. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any other analytics or tracking services. We do not use advertising networks or retargeting services.
Note: When you proceed to payment checkout via Stripe, Stripe may use cookies necessary for payment processing and fraud prevention. These cookies are set by Stripe, not by us, and are governed by Stripe's privacy policy.
If you arrive from an advertisement, the campaign tag in the link you clicked (for example utm_source) is held in your browser's session storage and passed to the questionnaire so we can tell which campaigns lead to purchases. It is a label for the ad, not for you: it contains no personal information, is never combined with your questionnaire answers, is not a cookie, and is discarded when you close the tab.
We use the following third-party services:
Stripe processes all payments. When you make a payment, you are subject to Stripe's privacy policy and terms of service. Stripe may collect information necessary to process your payment and prevent fraud.
We use email services to deliver your documents. The email contains your generated documents as attachments. We do not retain copies of sent emails or documents after delivery.
The best security is not having data to protect. By not storing your information, we eliminate the risk of data breaches affecting your questionnaire responses. The information that does pass through our systems (during document generation) is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS).

Because we do not maintain databases of user information, traditional data subject rights (access, correction, deletion) do not apply in the usual sense. There is no stored data to access, correct, or delete.

This Service is intended only for adults 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly provide services to, or collect information from, anyone under 18. If you are under 18, do not use this Service.
This Service is intended only for residents of the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this website. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the policy was last revised.
California residents may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). However, because we do not collect, sell, or share personal information in the manner addressed by the CCPA, most CCPA provisions do not apply to our service.
