When you use our questionnaire, your responses are stored in your browser only (using browser storage mechanisms like localStorage or sessionStorage to preserve your answers during the payment checkout flow). This data:
When you complete payment, the following occurs:
Payment is processed by Stripe. Your credit card number and payment details are sent directly to Stripe's servers and are never seen or stored by us. Stripe's privacy policy governs their handling of your payment information.
You provide an email address at checkout for document delivery. This email address is used solely to send you your generated documents. We do not add this email to any mailing list, marketing database, or other system.
At the moment of payment completion, your questionnaire data (which has existed only in your browser) is used to generate your documents. The documents are emailed to you, and then all session data is cleared. We do not retain copies of your generated documents.

Our web servers may automatically log basic request information (such as requested URLs and timestamps) for security and operational purposes. These logs do not contain your questionnaire responses and are not used for tracking or analytics.
Stripe maintains records of payment transactions. We receive confirmation of successful payments but do not receive or store your full payment card details.
We do not use analytics cookies or tracking cookies on our website. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any other analytics or tracking services. We do not use advertising networks or retargeting services.
Note: When you proceed to payment checkout via Stripe, Stripe may use cookies necessary for payment processing and fraud prevention. These cookies are set by Stripe, not by us, and are governed by Stripe's privacy policy.

Stripe processes all payments. When you make a payment, you are subject to Stripe's privacy policy and terms of service. Stripe may collect information necessary to process your payment and prevent fraud.
We use email services to deliver your documents. The email contains your generated documents as attachments. We do not retain copies of sent emails or documents after delivery.
The best security is not having data to protect. By not storing your information, we eliminate the risk of data breaches affecting your questionnaire responses. The information that does pass through our systems (during document generation) is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS).
